It Has Just Been Confirmed By My GP That I

It has just been confirmed by my GP that I have a fracture of the pelvis I suffer from osteophorosis and apparently this is the cause I am on morphine but this is not stopping the pain. What else can I do to relief the pain right now I cannot tramp on my left leg sleeping is out of the question at night as I cannot lay on either side nor on my back Thank You
