It Is 1am.. I Was Playing Football At 4pm And

It is 1am.. I was playing football at 4pm and bumped heads looking back for the ball. His head (my defender) hit above my left ear and it is sore with a little lump. It hurts and is sore when I move my jaw there's some sort of contraction that is sore in that area. Or if I apply pressure at all I can feel it. Am I safe to sleep? I was not concussed, confused or dizzy and I continued to play football. I just nervous at this late hour.
