It Is My Third Month Of Pregnsncy. I Have Bleeding

It is my third month of pregnsncy. I have bleeding then i conceren my doctor she gave me injection n some medicine but now from two days i have some spotting of bleeding again then again my doctor gave me an injection and now she gave me cipla medicine. Please tell me is it harmful bleeding or not. My baby is ok find in ultrasound
