It Is Normal To Have Black Marks On Penis Head Post Circumcision?

hi, i was circumsised about 8/9 years ago now. i have small black marks where there stitches have dissolved. i can see 1/2 when i just look at my penis and when i move the skin i see more around the head in 2's (im guessing how the stiches are don). am i going to be ok? what is this?
