It It Normal To Have Fever Post Pneumonia Treatment?

I was diagnosed with pneumonia two weeks ago and put on an antibiotic for 10 days. I still have a low grade fever, 99.5, and my cough feels like I am drowning. I thought I was getting better. I think something is still wrong. Should I still be feeling like this?
