It May Seem Silly, But Lately I Get A Waxy

It may seem silly, but lately I get a waxy build-up under my nails. It began about the same time that I begin having symptoms of angina (if that is the right word), intermittent chest pains resembling heartburn when I am active, such as doing outdoor chores. Sometimes, it doesn't occur. I had an EKG and it did not show a problem. I have put off further tests, hoping the problem will go away. It hasn't.
