It Says My Placenta Is Posterior Upper Uterine Segment, Grade

It says my placenta is posterior upper uterine segment, grade III in maturity. Am 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant with second child.and the presentation says as cephalic. Can baby's gender be determined with my ultra sound scan report through any medical terminologies? The last one is out of curiousity.. Kindly help
