It Seems For The Past Couple Of Weeks, Whenever I

It seems for the past couple of weeks, whenever I eat something, I end up going to the bathroom with an upset stomach. I do not have any pain, but it is uncomfortable to have to use public bath rooms as well as my own and to not know when the bathroom urge will occur out in public. I also have a lot of gas accompany the upset stomach (which is basically loose stools). Thanks for any info you have. ---JOHN.
