It Seems My Blood Pressure Is Good, Last Time I
It seems my blood pressure is good, last time I took it, 121/71, yet my heart rate spikes a lot.
I am wearing a Vivo activity tracker so I can see my heart rate. Last night I woke up and went to the restroom, by the time I got back to bed it was over 100. Today I was outside doing some chores, walked back and forth about 400-500 feet. It went to 87 then when I stopped and stood for a while it spiked to 109. I can feel something in my chest as it spikes. this has scared me and I did not drink coffee this morning and I went to the store and purchased veggies and white turkey meat to try and lower my cholesterol. I know it is high and has been for a while. Was on Simvastatin will start Lipitor as soon as I can get it from the pharmacy. Insurance will not pay for Crestor. Why is my heart rate spiking???
