It Seems That I Have Always Had A Bump In

It seems that I have always had a bump in the area just below my vagina. Last year, it started hurting and I noticed another bump grow. The pain lasted less than a week but the bump is still there. Almost a year later, the same thing is happening to where I have a pain and can feel another bump growing, but this time it's on the other side. The bumps are beneath the skin and are less than a quarter inch thick.
