It Started Last Week. There Is That Sound More Like

It started last week. There is that sound more like a static sound, before it happened only when I go to sleep and lie down on my left side, the sound resembles to wish wish after having a bad cold . Right now I don't have a cold. I take every night baby aspirin ( Long time ago I have been allergic to regular aspirin it caused upset stomach. I was taking allergy medication Claritin clear. I stopped taking all my medication and
vitamins supplements , nothing changes , still there is that sound , like electric circuit in my head and ear. It is not loud but irritating. What should I do, what's causing it? please help!!
