It Started Out With My Head, Ear, Throat And Nerves

It started out with my head, ear, throat and nerves in my teeth hurting, then my throat got itchy which caused me to start coughing and now it's getting harder to swallow. There is no fever. Just a dry cough from my throat itching and the other pain. I have been taking motoring for the pain and drinking hot tea with cough drops in it. I just started gargling with warm salt water
