It Started With Pain In The Top Of My Right

It started with pain in the top of my right shoulder. Not really in the muscle but more in the bone. It hurt to touch. Two days ago the pain was in my right wrist. No weakness but limited mobility. Today the pain in in the top of the right hand and again, painful to the touch and constant pain. The pain in my shoulder is gone. This pain has caused me trouble sleeping.
