It Was Just 4 Days After I Got My Gingivectomy

It was just 4 days after I got my Gingivectomy and the left side of my teeth’s gums has blood clot and white lines on top of the blood. When I brush it, I notice that the white lines can be moved or peeled off. Is the white part the removed gums? Should I wait for it to heal? or should I remove it using the tip of my toothbrush?
