Itching And Red Patches Occur On The Lower Part Of

Itching and red patches occur on the lower part of the neck...hair line. Have been using Benedryl Cream and Hydrocortisone 1% and have tried to think of anything new ingested that may create allergy. Keeping things simple as acute medication reactions and side effects so, any other suggestions? Thanks
