Itching Hands, Feet, Back Chest, Eyebrow, Forehead....moves Around. Right Now

Itching hands, feet, back chest, eyebrow, forehead....moves around. Right now palm, back of thumb and back/base of middle finger of left hand... for abut three hours this morning, last night forehead and left palm. Took benedryl (2) last night but have enlarged prostate and am recovering from second TURP procedure within six weeks so am leery about that.
