Itching In The Labia And Bumps On Clitoris Area.Treatment?

About 2 weeks ago I developed a terrible itch on the left labia area. No over the counter anti itch cream worked or even Nyastatin that my doctor prescribed. She also prescribed Fluconazole 150 mg. The day after starting the Fluconazole I noticed several bumps had developed in the area that was itching. 3 days later the bumps, medium in size, have spread up to the clitoris area. I now have a cluster of itchy bumps in this area now. These bumps are not painful, but they're just extremely itchy. I have continued to use feminine anti itch creams and now I have been getting some relief but I have to reapply everytime I use the restroom. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
