Itchy Black Spots In The Middle Of My Back Also

Itchy black spots in the middle of my back also a number of red. Been there for a few weeks. Also a few red spots in the middle of my back. Including a rash on my hip. I have also been suffering from muscle cramp in my feet for the last couple of days. Not sure if it's related. I have a photo.
