Itchy, Sporadic Tingling (like Mini Electrical Tinges) All Over My

Itchy, sporadic tingling (like mini electrical tinges) all over my body and a rash that is slightly protruding with an opening on the top that is red. Also have had diahrea for the last couple of days. It is also accompanied with splotches of red type rash in an addition to the other. What could this be? Thanks, Betty
