Itchy Spots On The Edge Of Lips. Originally Thought It

Itchy spots on the edge of lips. Originally thought it was impetigo as they turned into yellow brown crusts. After a course of oral antiobiotics plus topical antibiotic fusigen the crusting has gone but there are still some red itchy bumps remaining but no crust. Please help this has happened twice in two months thank you
