It's An Emergency. Gas Is Forming From Last 24 Hours.

It's an emergency. Gas is forming from last 24 hours. diarrhoea also but not now. Foul smell when gas comes out of mouth. Had to visit washroom multiple times. Now anus pain started also feel some pain in end urethra. Also I fainted completely when I in washroom lastly.I thought I m gone now dead. What to do.
