It's Been 10 Days Since I Got My Two Bottom

It's been 10 days since I got my two bottom wisdom teeth removed and I'm most certain on the 3rd day my blood clot was dislodged I became very paranoid and called and the women said that the clot should form again and they never but since its day 10(going on to 11 tomorrow) I can clearly see two holes where my teeth once were but no pain what so ever. Is this an okay sign that these holes will close up eventually? Or should I be worried and make an appointment ASAP
