It's Been 18 Days Since My Surgery To Remove A

It's been 18 days since my surgery to remove a herniated disc c5-c6. Went for my checkup yesterday and was feeling great. Today I start feeling a lump in my throat like a pill is stuck. The pressure is getting worse. What's wrong? What can I do to feel better? I can't get comfortable and afraid to eat!
