Its Been 3 Years Now Since I Have Started Studying

Its been 3 years now since i have started studying away from my home. Earlier i used to have a lot of hairfall when i used to use the water in my college but the hairfall would reduce when i would return home. But nowadays i have been having a lot of hairfall no matter where i go. And yes, I do have dandruff.
