It's Been 5 Months Since My C6 Double Fracture Still

It's been 5 months since my c6 double fracture still in physical therapy.. But back spasms are excruciating when they occur..neurosurgeon says it doesn't make any sense.. Never seen some one have this problem with c6 fracture.. It's not my neck that's given the problem.. It's always been my back..doc makes me feel like I'm making problem up..I just want my life back..don't know where to go now or what to do to fix problem?
