It's Been 6 Months Or So That I Itch, Local

It's been 6 months or so that I itch, local not general only some parts I have no hives no rash nothing. And I don't know what it could be. What can I do? I take Topamax..but i dont know if that has any itching side effects. SometimesI I feel like crawling sensation.
