It's Been 8 Years Now And I Have Been Having

It's been 8 years now and I have been having pinworms since I was 3 till now since I'm now 11 years. I have unbelievable pain which causes me to have sleepless night and it's like a parade of pinworms are eating spices and rushing inside through my anus. They hurt every single day and I am eating on homeopathy medicines which help me but they still hurt a lot and as I am a girl they reach to my vagina which is horrible and unhygienic. Please help even though it's not life threatening it feels like it through the pain. These bluddy parasites are killing me!!!
