It's Been A Month Since I Had A Risk Reduction

It's been a month since I had a risk reduction bilateral salpingectomy and I wanted to know when I can expect my next menstral period?

Before my surgery my period was missed/late over a month. One day after surgery, I had a longer than usual period. Could this be affecting my next cycle?
