Its Been About 4 Days I Started Noticing Mosquito Like

Its been about 4 days i started noticing mosquito like bites on my arms and legs, im not sure if they are bed bugs or not but then yesterday i woke up with my left eye a little swolen, today i worke up with the left eye half way shut and my right starting to swel. Any idea what it might be alergic reaction or somethin?
