It's Been Two Months Since I Got My Periods, I'm

It's been two months since I got my periods, I'm worried, I took a pregnancy test four times they all came back negative. I don't see any signs of pregnancy just the aching of my back at the upper shoulder on my left side it feels like it's been dislocated, what is happening to me?
