It's Difficult To Describe, But I Will Try. When I

It's difficult to describe, but I will try. When I am wearing shoes, jeans and even ball cap for very long, It becomes uncomfortable in a way where I want to take it off to relieve the constriction, however light the actual pressure that it is causing. It is not painful. I just feel those contact areas get warm and slightly tensed up to the point of feeling uncomfortable. When I finally take it off, I feel the coolness and a total sense of relaxation. It affects me to the point that I get physically tense, like when wearing the ball cap, my forehead will stay slightly tensed and after a while I sort of become irritable until I realize it's the constriction on my head. When I remove it I have sort of an ahh moment. It interferes daily with my work, fun, and sleep, even if I'm only wearing socks. Any thoughts? Thanks
