It's Happened Before But All Day I've Felt A Bit

It's happened before but all day I've felt a bit sick and my stomach keeps among weird noises even though I'm not hungry. It als feels kind of like I've pulled a muscle in it, so it hurts.
This has happened before but it's not frequent...it's only every now and then...
