Its Hot Here In The High 30's And Im Experiencing

Its hot here in the high 30's and im experiencing the feeling of being hot inside of myself, ive had vomiting, diarrhea and pain under both armpits running down my arm and in each joint on my body, I cant seem to cool down, Im keeping up with my fluids with water and powerade.
