Its My Third Day Of Chicken Pox And I Am

Its my third day of chicken pox and i am at a university far away from the main city and i have come to this university for a competition as i stay in a different city. I am also due for my periods and i am out of fresh clothes . I want to go back to my city so can i travel in train in first class compartment which has doors to isolate it from other compartment
