It's Weird . Started About Two Weeks Ago. I Started

It's weird . Started about two weeks ago. I started getting "goosebumps " on my lower jaw line. Only happens when I get cold and never had this happen before . Also my hands get so cold they turn purple . That's just in the last 6months. Is this something to deal with ? Or talk to a doctor .
