Iv had a tubal ligation over 2 years ago and for the last few days my nipples hurt and I only spot after sex and I just did a at home pregnancy test it was negative, iv been nauseous n throwing up sore and headaches what is this should I go to the Dr's or do you have a ideal about this issue.
