I'v Had Issues With Nose Recently. First Started With R

I'v had issues with nose recently. First started with r nostril running a lot then sensitive to strong smells like shampoo or chemicals. It was crusty so I removed the crust but it returns & I think I made it worse. I decided to leave it alone & let it take it's course. It is now like a green scab. Also awhile back I remember the dish drain water splashed up & into nose slightly. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also was very dry in home due to hear. Purchased a humidifier & pain inside nose got better.
