I've Acne Problem Since 5-6 Years. I'm 20 Years Old

I've acne problem since 5-6 years. I'm 20 years old now. Recently I've been prescribed with clin-3 deriva and acnestar soap. The doc told me to use clin -3 in the morning and deriva gel before sleeping at night. And acnestar for bathing and washing face.
But I don't know how to use clin 3 gel. Should I aaply clin3 after taking bath or before it? And then should I use any other cream or lotion on my face after that?
Kindly suggest me....please
