as abnormal RBC morphology , monocytosis, hyperchromic and microcytic PLT. I'm heavy cigarate smoker , 25 years old, don't drink alcohol and on antidepressant (Efexor 150) do I have serious illness and what other investigations u advise me to do. Regards
