I've Always Had A Pulse Rate Around 70. I Developed

I've always had a pulse rate around 70. I developed hypothyroidism abou t a year ago and was prescribed levothyroxine 50mg. My pulse rate in the past week is around 80 in the morning and 137 by 3pm. It goes back down. I'm not scheduled for an office visit til Feb 2017. Should I call my doctor, or am I just worried about nothing? My ears pound when it gets high.
