I’ve Been I’m Having Severe Pain In My Lower Back

I’ve been I’m having severe pain in my lower back and hips. This started about 2 weeks ago and on Friday of last week it has become more severe in pain. OnSunday I began vomiting and still vomiting about 3 times a day. In the areas where it hurts it feels swollen. Yesterday I began having sweat flashes and feeling very warm I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia , and I’m diabetic.
