I've Been A Widow For 9 Years And Haven't Had

I've been a widow for 9 years and haven't had intercourse in a very long time, recently I had intercourse and there was some bleeding, is that normal? I had a partial hysterectomy about 8 years ago when I was 34 years old. I am 44 years old and also have a fallen bladder. Should I be worried something else may be wrong?
