I've Been Battleing Allergies The Past Couple Of Day, I

I've been battleing allergies the past couple of day, I was seed by a Dr today who have me citrizine an inhaler and cough medicine. I was also given a steroid shot. She said it will help with the congestion and headaches. I just took the citrizine but be for that I was starting to feel a tingling and tightening in my left arm. What do I do? Is it normal? Should I go back to the E.R?
