I've Been Bleeding And In A Lot Of Pain Since

I've been bleeding and in a lot of pain since this morning. I've taken extra strength Tylenol and extra strength midol. But nothing is helping the pain. I bled past a tampon. And also have several large blood clots and a white spongy substance come out as well. What could it be?
