I've Been Congested, Coughing And It's Normally Just My Sinuses

I've been congested, coughing and it's normally just my sinuses or allergies acting up which is resolved by Zyrtec right away. But, not this time. I've been sick for 3 days. I'm having flu-like symptoms like fatigue, chills and body aches, but no fever. I've been taking occiloco cinum, using nasal spray and cough drop. Do I need to see a doctor if this doesn't get better by tomorrow? FYI, as much as possible, I use natural remedies.
