I've Been Constipated For About 3 Weeks I Tried To

I've been constipated for about 3 weeks I tried to take some laxatives but not overdo it now I'm taking some colon cleanser pills but I don't want to do too much for my body I don't know what's going on why I'm not having a proper BM. When I take the laxative I noticed this yellow object floating in the toilet I don't know if it's something I ate, or because of the overuse of laxatives and colon cleansers.
