I've Been Constipated For Months Due To Allot Of Medication

I've been constipated for months due to allot of medication (Also have IBS). I started taking 2 dulcolax every morning. I started to go normal. Now i have light brown water with dark think seed like flakes? Slight fever, chills, sweats and swollen lymphnodes.
