I've Been Coughing Badly For Almost 2 Weeks. I Am

I've been coughing badly for almost 2 weeks. I am a smoker. I've been running a low grade fever (100-101). I've gone through 2 bottles of Robitussin. I've coughed several times to the point of throwing up. The coughing has also caused pain in both sides of my lower abdomen. Also have runny nose. The stuff coughed up and running out my nose is mostly milky white. Felt 2 sharp pains in both ears, but only once.
