I've Been Dating A Man That Is Now My Husband

I've been dating a man that is now my husband for 7years he has had hemmroids in his past. Ever since we have had sexual intercourse I can always smell an odor sometimes fishy sometimes it's a different odor that I'm not sure how to describe I've been checked and my Pap test always come back normal. What could this be?
