I've Been Dealing With Extreme Weakness In Both Of My

I've been dealing with extreme weakness in both of my legs for the last two months. The outside of my right thigh has been numb and now I am experiencing what feels like electric shocks in my muscle in front of thigh. Doctor reviewed my lumbar spine MRI and said these problems are not coming from my lower back. So what could this be???
